Manoir Oak Bespoke Panels are crafted from 200-year-old oak reclaimed from historic buildings across the Mediterranean and Aegean regions. Designers value this format because each panel is custom-made for its intended project — a floor conceived specifically for its space. The timber’s natural “brackish” aged tones, with their moody interplay of warm browns and softened shadows, create a richly layered presence. Original markings, blemishes and surface irregularities are retained, allowing the wood to sit comfortably alongside a wide variety of materials, fabrics and architectural styles.
Custom Made Samples
Compare construction, tone, patina and texture. Feeling the wood in your hand reveals the true character and quality of each surface. Our bespoke samples are made to order, with sizes varying around 25 × 30 cm. Please allow 3–8 working days for preparation.

Sourced from 200-year-old structures—stables, cottages and storehouses that once stood across the Mediterranean and Aegean landscapes—these boards carry the quiet richness of places steeped in story. Their tones hold the warmth of sun-aged timber, and their grain reveals centuries of gentle wear, giving the material a rare depth and character that cannot be replicated.

Handcrafted in Cheshire

Each piece is prepared through a meticulous sequence of steps: kiln drying, metal removal, slicing, edge cutting, sanding, and manual grading, all done board by board. Available as 10mm solid overlays or 18mm engineered platforms, both formats are suitable for underfloor heating. Manoir Oak remains one of the rarest sources of antique wood, admired for its warmth, refined grain, and enduring sense of age.
