What can be made to order
Every element of the floor, set by the project
Width, length and thickness. Plank, herringbone, chevron or Versailles panels. Solid or engineered construction, grading and character. Patina, edges, ageing and finish. A bespoke floor starts from your specification and is developed through samples until each of these is settled.
We work in reclaimed oak with two and three centuries of history, and in new European oak aged by our own process, such as our Bespoke European Aged Oak, tumbled with natural abrasives before it is hand-finished in Cheshire.

The result is a library of natural tones — subtle, complex, and alive — crafted one formula at a time through years of R&D at the workbench, not in theory.

We believe that nature is untameable and that the wild spirit of wood should reflect its origins of time and variation without the constraints of excessive manufacturing.
We create specialist patinas and natural surface custom colours through a variety of studied organic compositions that are exclusive to Re:claimed.
Our secret organic formulas are designed to react with the tannin acid that exists naturally within the timber allowing us to create a time capsule effect that speeds up the natural ageing process. This aesthetic is achieved as the wood structures organically react and change colour within themselves rather than applying a flat wash of commercial stain. We ‘Design by Nature’, by copying her ideas.
