Recovered from submerged forests and preserved beneath the water, Acacia Franc is a remarkably durable tropical hardwood with warm, expressive grain and natural depth of colour. Part of our Re:discovered collection with Triton, it can be specified for flooring, furniture, joinery, panelling and bespoke architectural applications.

Compare construction, tone, patina and texture. Feeling the wood in your hand reveals the true character and quality of each surface. Our bespoke samples are made to order, with sizes varying around 25 × 30 cm. Sample purchases are redeemable as credit against flooring orders and are otherwise non-refundable. Please allow 3–8 working days for preparation.

The Natural Modern Collection is distinguished by its hand-applied colouring process, with every board individually coloured by specialist craftsmen in Northern France. Its palette is the culmination of more than a decade of collaboration with leading colour specialists across France and Belgium, refined and experimented with over the years. Layered applications of natural compounds create patinas with depth, complexity and a quiet sense of age that flat commercial finishes cannot replicate. Every board is produced slowly, because character cannot be rushed.
